Parcels shipped using International Economy Mail can take up to 14 business days (or 20 days total) to arrive.  If it has been 20 days or less, try to wait patiently--it could be right around the corner!  If it has been more than 20 days, shoot us an email and we will figure out what happened.  You can also try calling your local post office and see if for some reason the package had any hang ups locally.
