UPS Ground is a service oriented shipment. Tracking becomes available within 24 business hours of shipment, and almost always sooner. Packages take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. See below for a map of ship times. UPS Does not deliver on weekends.
UPS Shipments are delivered directly to the customer, and will not be left in a mailbox. If you live in an apartment complex, they may be left with a doorman or on a porch. If the customer is not available when the package is delivered, it may be left on a porch or withheld until either they attempt to deliver them again, or you pick the package up from a UPS Shipping Center (Not a UPS Store)
