If you need to make changes to a shipping address, shipping method or items in the order please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order is placed. Please consider all orders final.
All orders process and ship within one business day of you placing them. Generally, anything placed before 6 AM EST will ship that day. If you have received a Shipment Notification, it is safe to assume that you can no longer make changes to your order.
